Challenges
One of the key challenges was ensuring seamless integration with CAQH ProView while maintaining real-time data accuracy and user privacy. Additionally, developing an efficient link crawler to monitor payer website updates presented a technical hurdle, as it required accuracy and speed without introducing errors.

- Privacy and Security Features: Ensured all user-provided information is purged after the document completion to maintain high privacy standards.
- Link Crawler for Website Updates: Built a crawler that continuously monitors and updates payer website links, guaranteeing users always have access to the latest information.
- Trial and Membership Model: Integrated a one-time free trial feature for first-time users, followed by a membership model for continued service access.
- Verification Process: Created a page where users input their state and license number, which directs them to the relevant payer’s verification site, simplifying the process.
- User-Friendly Interface: Designed a smooth, intuitive user interface that guides users through verifying their CAQH information before login.
